Personal Terms and Conditions:
Private Consultation Fees
Private therapy and coaching consultations are £50.00 for a 60 minute appointment, sessions going over 60 minutes are charged at £12.50 per 15 minute interval. Telephone calls or emails requiring longer than 15 minutes will be debited pro-rata against your account.
Home visits can be arranged by appointment - however these are chargeable, costs will depend on the travelling involved.
Payment is made after each session, unless prior arrangements have been made.
Payment can be made by cash or cheque made payable to ‘Unique Change’ and even via Internet banking.
Cancellations
If you are late, give less than 24 hours notice, or forget your appointment, you will still be charged the usual fee, due to this time having been set aside for you.
Guarantee
Most therapy and coaching consultations come with a satisfaction guarantee. This means that when a therapist accepts a client that client has the right for up to 100% refund of all of their money if they are dissatisfied with their outcome. With one requirement - The client must agree to stay in consultation as long as the therapist believes that they can help them.
Confidentiality
All clients are required to complete a questionnaire before undertaking therapy, in which they are asked to disclose certain medical information. This information is requested so that you get the best therapy possible.
We will keep everything you say strictly confidential within this practice, unless:
- You have given us permission to speak to others.
- We need to speak to other helping professionals with whom you are working.
- We are required to do so by law.
- We believe you are at risk of harm to yourself or to others.
We retain all notes of sessions but shred these after a 7 year period.
Contacting ‘Unique Change’
We are contactable by telephone or email from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday; however our telephone answering service is always available for you to leave a message.We hope to return your telephone calls or emails within 24 working hours.We require a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to change your appointment.
Medical Issues
Any problem of a medical nature should be discussed with your GP before you come for hypnosis / change work. If you are epileptic, or undergoing psychiatric treatment, then you should obtain a letter from your medical practitioner to confirm that you may have hypnotherapy and it is your responsibility to obtain this.
