Corporate Consultation Fees
Corporate rates will be determined on a bespoke basis depending upon your requirements. Please contact us to discuss your needs in further detail.
All completed work is invoiced and payment can be made by cash or cheque made payable to ‘Unique Change’.
Cancellations
Once an agreement is in place and the date/s have been confirmed - Cancellation of the contract will be charged at 50% of the total contract fee.
If a client does not attend a booked appointment, without 24 hours notice, this session will be charged at the full rate.
Confidentiality
‘Unique Change’ will commit to and sign any confidentiality agreement that is required and is pertinent to the work to be carried out.
We will keep everything your employees say strictly confidential within this practice, unless:
- They have given us permission to speak to others.
- We need to speak to other helping professionals with whom they are working.
- We are required to do so by law.
- We believe they are at risk of harm to themselves or to others.
We retain all notes of sessions but shred these after a 7 year period.
Contacting ‘Unique Change’
We are contactable by telephone or email from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday; however our telephone answering service is always available for you to leave a message.We hope to return your telephone calls or emails within 24 working hours.We require a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to change your appointment.
Medical Issues
Any problem of a medical nature should be discussed with a GP before coming for hypnosis / change work. If the client is epileptic, or undergoing psychiatric treatment, then they should obtain a letter from their medical practitioner to confirm that they may have hypnotherapy and it is their responsibility to obtain this.
